The personal details a Click Crazy Pets order or message involves, where each one goes, and how to reach us about them. We ask for little, and we sell none of it.
Click Crazy Pets is run by Click Crazy LLC, 11100 Sepulveda Blvd Ste 8-1128, Mission Hills, CA 91345.
1. The business behind this site
Click Crazy LLC, 11100 Sepulveda Blvd Ste 8-1128, Mission Hills, CA 91345, runs Click Crazy Pets and clickcrazypets.com (“we”, “us” and “our”). Below, section by section, is the personal information that passes through the store, what happens to it, which outside companies see it and what you can ask us to do with it.
2. Placing an order
The checkout form asks for your email address, your first and last name and your shipping address (street, apartment or suite, city, state and ZIP code). A phone number is optional. We also keep a record of the products, quantities and prices in the order.
That is the whole list. Checkout has no billing address field, nobody is asked for a date of birth, and because the store has no customer accounts, there is no password either.
3. Card payments
Payments are handled by Woosa Payments (Woosa B.V., KvK 71751513, Zwolle, the Netherlands) in partnership with Adyen N.V., licensed and supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank.
The name on the card, the card number, the expiry date and the security code you type at checkout never reach our servers. They go to the processor, which uses them to authorize the payment and to screen for fraud under its own privacy terms. What comes back to us is limited to what ties a payment to an order, such as whether it was approved. Your card number and security code are not saved by us, and every order is a single payment with nothing kept on file.
4. Messages to us
Through the contact form you send us your name, your email address, the topic you pick, your message and, if you add one, an order number. An email to support@clickcrazypets.com brings us your address and whatever you write in it.
5. Visiting the site and the cart
Every page request tells our servers your IP address, your browser type and the page asked for; that happens on any website. The contact form also holds your IP address in memory for a short time to cap how many messages can be sent in a row, and does not store it.
There are no advertising or analytics cookies and no tracking pixels here. Your cart lives in your browser’s local storage on this device, as a list of products and quantities, and only reaches us when you check out. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it and empties the cart.
6. What the information is for
- charging for an order, then packing and delivering it;
- getting in touch about an order or its delivery;
- processing returns and refunds;
- replying when you write to us;
- stopping fraud and misuse, and keeping the site safe and running;
- holding the records that tax, accounting and other laws call for.
There is no mailing list and no marketing email from us. Your information is not sold, and it is not used to build a profile of you.
7. Who else receives it
The payment processor named in the card payments section receives your card details to take the payment. USPS or UPS receives your name and shipping address, plus your phone number when the carrier needs it to deliver. The companies that host the site and send our email handle it only to do that job for us, and must keep it safe.
Beyond that, we pass information on only when the law demands it or when it is needed to protect our rights, stop fraud or keep people safe. If the business is ever sold or merged, the new owner takes over your information under this same policy.
Personal information is not for sale here, and none of it is handed over for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. When we let it go
An order record stays on file while the order is shipping, while any return is open, and for as long as tax, accounting and other legal rules say it must. A message stays until the conversation it started is finished. After that, it is deleted or stripped of anything that identifies you.
9. Encryption and access
Every page travels over HTTPS. Inside the business, personal information is open only to the staff and providers whose work needs it. No system for sending or storing data is perfectly secure, and we take care with what you trust us with.
10. Seeing, fixing or deleting your data
Write to support@clickcrazypets.com from the email on your order and say what you need: a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. Before acting we may check it is really you, usually by matching details from an order. A few records, such as the ones tax law makes us keep, may have to stay even after a deletion request.
Making a request does not change how we treat you.
11. California residents
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to have it deleted or corrected, to opt out of its sale or sharing, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights.
These are the categories of personal information we collect:
- identifiers: name, email address, phone number (if given) and IP address;
- customer records: shipping address;
- commercial information: the products you ordered and what you paid;
- internet activity: the pages requested from our servers;
- sensitive personal information: card details, which go to our payment processor only to take your payment.
We collect this information from you and your device, for the purposes listed under “What the information is for”, and disclose it only to the recipients listed under “Who else receives it”. We do not sell or share personal information as those words are defined in the law, and we use sensitive personal information only to take payment, so there is nothing to opt out of or limit. We also do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.
To make a request, email support@clickcrazypets.com. You can also ask someone you have authorized to make a request for you; we may ask for proof of that authorization.
12. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we do not track you across other websites and do not sell or share personal information, the site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
13. Orders from adults only
Placing an order takes someone 18 or older, and the site is not aimed at anyone younger. We do not knowingly take personal information from a person under 18. If you think that has happened, tell us at support@clickcrazypets.com and we will remove it.
14. Countries involved
The store is run from the United States and delivers only inside it. The payment processor is a Dutch company, so payment details may be handled in the European Union under that processor’s own safeguards.
15. Revisions
A new version of this policy takes effect when it is posted here. Where a revision would change how we use information we already hold, we apply it only as far as the law permits. For everything else about using the site, read our Terms.
