Terms of use and sale

These terms govern clickcrazypets.com (the “site”) and anything you buy there. Click Crazy LLC, 11100 Sepulveda Blvd Ste 8-1128, Mission Hills, CA 91345, runs Click Crazy Pets (“we”, “us” and “our”).

Browsing the site or buying through it counts as agreeing to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If they do not suit you, please stop using the site and hold off on ordering.

Orders are open to people aged 18 and over. Each order tells us three things: you meet that age, the details you typed are true, and the card belongs to you or you have permission to use it.

Parcels go only to addresses in the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. What we sell is for your own household, not for resale.

Pressing Place order sends us an offer to buy what is in your cart at the prices on screen. Each item costs what your cart and checkout show at that moment, in U.S. dollars, and standard shipping costs nothing. A cart line tops out at 20 units.

We take care over prices and descriptions, but mistakes can slip through. Before an order leaves the warehouse we can turn it down or cancel all or part of it, for example if an item carries a wrong price or description, if the address is one we cannot deliver to, or if a card looks like it is being used without permission. Whatever was charged for cancelled items goes back to the original payment method in full.

Changed your plans? Write to support@clickcrazypets.com right away and include the order number. Once the parcel has shipped, send it back under “Sending things back” below instead.

We take Visa and Mastercard, and no other way of paying.

Payments are handled by Woosa Payments (Woosa B.V., KvK 71751513, Zwolle, the Netherlands) in partnership with Adyen N.V., licensed and supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank.

Every order is a single charge for what is in it. There are no plans to join and no repeat billing, and we do not save your card. The charge for the order total is made at the moment the order is placed. We never hold on to a card number or a security code.

You never pay for standard shipping. We pack your order and hand it to USPS or UPS within 2 business days, and the ride to your door takes 3 to 7 business days. Our delivery map covers the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO and FPO addresses are not on it, and neither is any address beyond the United States.

Carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The risk of loss moves to you at delivery to the address entered at checkout. More on our Shipping page.

Not what you hoped for? Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging. Before you pack it, drop a line to support@clickcrazypets.com and we answer with a return authorization and our return address. You pay the return shipping. When we have the parcel, the money is back on the original payment method inside 5 business days.

A kit is returned whole: every item in it comes back together, unused and in the original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.

Used items, and items missing their original packaging, will not be accepted. More on our Returns page.

The store carries pet supplies for dogs and cats: leashes, harnesses and training clickers, beds, crates and carriers, toys, cat furniture and litter boxes, and everyday refills such as waste bags, wipes and training pads.

A product page lists the size, the material, the colour and what is in the box. Measurements are approximate. A kit contains the items on its page and nothing else.

Every product photo is a digital image made to show the item’s shape, colour and parts. Your screen affects how colours look, so the shade or finish in your hands can be a little off from the picture.

Everything here is made for dogs and cats, not as a plaything for children.

When using the site, please do not:

• use it for anything unlawful, or order something you have no intention of paying for;
• enter false details, or pay with a card you have no right to use;
• try to break into the site or its systems, or disrupt, overload or damage them;
• scrape or copy content from the site by automated means without our written permission;
• use the contact form for unlawful or abusive messages or for unsolicited advertising.

Where we have reason to think these terms have been broken, we can block access to the site or turn orders down.

The text, images, logo, product names and design of the site belong to Click Crazy LLC or are used with permission, and the law protects them. Viewing and printing pages for personal, non-commercial purposes is fine. Anything beyond that, such as copying, selling, republishing or changing it, needs our consent in writing.

Each product is sold as its product page describes it. Apart from what these terms expressly say, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we provide the site and the products “as is” and “as available” and disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

The site may at times be unavailable, interrupted or contain errors. Some states do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill, that come out of using the site or a product bought here, even if we had been warned they could happen.

For any claim about an order, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the most we will pay is what you paid for that order. Where the law does not let liability be limited, these caps do not apply.

If a claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arises because you broke these terms or misused the site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Click Crazy LLC against it, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms, and any dispute about them, the site or an order, are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

When something goes wrong, email support@clickcrazypets.com first: most problems can be sorted out that way. A dispute that cannot be settled informally goes to the state or federal courts located in the State of California, and both sides accept their jurisdiction. You keep your right to use small claims court, and any other right the law does not let you waive.

Every animal is different, and you know yours best. Please read this general guidance before using anything you buy from us, together with any instructions that come in the box. It is not veterinary advice. Ask your veterinarian about your animal’s health and about which activities suit it.

• Choose the right size. Measure your dog or cat and compare with the sizes on the product page before you order: chest girth for a harness, and length and height for a crate, bed or carrier. An animal should be able to stand, turn around and lie down inside a crate or carrier.
• Supervise play. Stay with your animal while it plays with a toy, a wand or the puzzle board, and put the toy away afterwards. Take a toy away when it is torn, frayed or cracked, or when a piece comes loose, and do not let an animal chew off or swallow any part of it.
• Supervise time in a crate or carrier. Take off the leash, and anything else that could catch on the wire or the door, before an animal goes in. Do not leave an animal in a crate, a carrier or a vehicle for long periods, or anywhere hot or cold.
• Check gear for wear. Before each walk, look over the leash, harness, clips, buckles and stitching. Stop using anything that is frayed, torn, cracked or bent, or that no longer fastens securely.
• Set up on a level floor. Put together crates, the crate end table, the cat tree and the scratching post as their instructions describe, stand them on a level floor, and check the fixings from time to time.
• Use each item for what it is. The back seat cover is a cover for the seat, not a restraint. Wipes and shampoo are for the coat and paws: keep them away from the eyes, mouth and ears, and stop using them if the skin looks red or irritated. Litter is not included with the covered litter box.
• Store things out of reach. Keep waste bags, training pads, lint roller sheets and all packaging away from animals and small children when you are not using them.

We can revise these terms by posting the new text here. Each order is governed by the version shown on this page at the moment it was placed.

These terms, our Privacy policy and the policies linked from them make up everything agreed between you and us about the site and your orders. A part of these terms that a court will not enforce drops out and leaves the rest standing. Holding off on enforcing a right does not mean we have waived it. Your rights under these terms stay with you unless we agree that they can pass to someone else.
