Every price on the site is in U.S. dollars.

We pack your order and hand it to the carrier within 2 business days. Our business days run Monday to Friday and skip federal holidays, so a Saturday or holiday order starts counting on the next working day.

USPS or UPS carries the parcel from our warehouse, and the trip itself runs 3 to 7 business days.

From checkout to your doorstep, that is 9 business days at most.

Our delivery map covers the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO and FPO addresses are not on it, and neither is any address beyond the United States.

Checkout keeps to the same map: its State menu lists only those places, so an address anywhere else cannot be picked.

Your parcel goes wherever checkout says, so give the street, unit, city, state and ZIP a quick look before you tap Place order. Typo? Write to support@clickcrazypets.com with your order number as soon as you can.

Send your order number to support@clickcrazypets.com, plus a photo of the box and the item if something came damaged. We take it up with the carrier and answer you by email.
